Your name, and your profile photo if you add one, may be visible to other Learners enrolled in the same Course, as may any contribution you post in discussion areas. Trainers and IRF staff assigned to a Course can see your progress and results in that Course.
The Platform uses cookies that are technically required, for example to keep you logged in, operate the shopping cart and ensure security. With your consent, it may also use analytics and marketing cookies to measure audience and improve the Platform. You can accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and at any time via the Cookies page or your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the Platform
We share personal data only to the extent necessary with:
- LearnWorlds, which hosts and operates the Platform on our behalf;
- Payment providers, which process online payments;
- Trainers and training partners involved in delivering a Course you attend, and venues or local partners for In-Person Training;
- Your organisation, where it purchased or requested the Course for you: it may receive confirmation of enrolment, attendance, completion and certificate status;
- Authorities, legal advisers or auditors, where required by law or to protect our rights.We do not sell your personal data.
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy in a readable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You can update most account details directly in your profile.
